Solid Commerce directly integrates with UPS, allowing you to print labels for any UPS shipping method, including SurePost and Mail Innovations. As soon as a label is generated, we update the order status to “shipped”. Solid Commerce submits the tracking number and shipment information to the marketplace, which sends an automated email to the buyer.
Connecting Solid Commerce with your UPS account is easy. Simply enter your UPS log-in credentials under the “Shipping Carrier” section of your Solid Commerce account. You can even save multiple UPS profiles to give you control over which account gets billed. (Your UPS account will be billed based on your negotiated rates.)
